Lina Santiago, the attorney leading the firm, has over 25 years of experience in Employment & Labor Law, specializing in strategic consulting and labor risk management. Her career includes leadership positions in national and multinational companies, as well as 13 years in large law firms, including cooperation with one of the largest and most renowned international law firms with a global presence, where she advised foreign companies of all sizes.

Today, running her own practice, she provides direct, objective, and personalized advice for companies seeking to prevent conflicts, reduce risks, and strengthen corporate governance practices. Her goal is to gain an in-depth understanding of each client, acting as a strategic partner to clearly and effectively prevent and mitigate labor risks.
