Her expertise includes strategic labour consultancy, union negotiations, contract drafting, health and safety in the workplace, internal investigations, and corporate training, always focused on practical and tailored solutions to prevent or mitigate labour liabilities.
A graduate in Law from Mackenzie University in São Paulo, Lina holds a strong academic background, with a postgraduate degree in Labour Law from PUC-SP and an MBA in Human Resources from the Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA). Her extensive professional experience provides her with a strategic and practical perspective on the challenges faced by companies in complying with labour laws.
